Connectivity is connection to the grid. The grant of connectivity shall not entitle an applicant to interchange any power with the grid unless it obtains long-term access, medium-term open access or short-term open access, except to undertake testing including full load testing by injecting its infirm power into the grid before being put into commercial operation.
